Monitoring

An issue was discovered early Friday October 2nd, that caused the findings engine to intermittently error and not create nor update tickets. This issue has already been identified and resolved. Users may notice a small gap in ticket updates between midnight - 14:00 GMT, Friday October 2nd, and the small increase in tickets created between 14:00 and 15:00 on Friday, October 2nd, 2026, after the issue was resolved and the findings engine returned to normal operation.

We are currently monitoring the system for any errors, but do not expect any further issues to occur.
